The service I received was outstanding! First, a mishap in shipping got me the wrong ring. One email, and I had a new ring in a few days -- the folks at Metal Masters actually tried twice to fix it and ended up sending me two rings. :-) Then, I realize I was mis-sized at the local jeweler, so I now have 2 rings that don't fit. I sent them back, requesting a new size, and again the service was prompt and courteous. I got exactly what I asked for, even though it was my mistake in sizing.
